Every culture has found the essence of its identity in its own type of distillate. Grappa is an entirely Italian tradition, particularly established in Veneto. So it is Veneto, in its territories crossed by the river Piave, that gives origin to the treasured Millesimata Cabernet Piave, a highly personal interpretation by Roberto Castagner of the artisan concept of making grappa. The exclusive nature of the soil, selection of the variety, an innovative method of fermenting the pomace, artisan distillation, also in bain marie, make this grappa unique for its aromatic consistency.
