
At Fregona, in the hills between Conegliano and the Cansiglio forest, there is a winemaking estate where I personally selected and had planted the vines from which I make this grappa: Prosecco, Riesling, Incrocio Manzoni and other indigenous varieties.
My Aqua d'Uva comes from my love of the land and passion for distilling by means of a precise vacuum process in copper bowls designed to extract from the grapes all the characteristic aromas of the variety.
Enjoy this soft perfumed grappa that encloses in a glass the scent of freshly picked grapes.
