Aqua 21

It goes by the name of AQUA 21 and it is the latest, astonishing product to come from the Castagner distillery. It is a spirit with just 21% alcohol made entirely from grapes.
Fresh and subtly scented, it is also ideal on those warm summer evenings.

AQUA 21 is colourless, clear, crystalline and has a strong fragrance of freshly picked grapes, and fine, elegant notes of white-fleshed fruit and raisins, which the low alcohol content allows us to appreciate to the full. In the mouth, it surprises with its full-bodied harmony and the lovely sweet and sourish taste with mineral notes.

AQUA 21's harmony is reflected even in its packaging, which is modern and "sparkling". AQUA 21 takes the typical fragrances of a grape distillate and couples them with the complex and well-balanced taste of a great wine.
It lends itself equally well as an aperitif or after-dinner drink, even paired with fruit sweets, while it also makes a very good surprise ingredient in summer cocktails. To fully savour all its complex nuances, it is nonetheless best tasted neat, served cold at a temperature of 3/8Â°C.
